If there is bumper to bumper traffic and I see someone turn their signal on trying to come into my lane, I assume they are nearing their exit and I let them in. No big deal. A turn indicator is an excellent way to let people know that you would like to change lanes when traffic is dense and there are no safe openings. Of course, some people will ignore you, some people will actively block you out but some people will let you in. [/quote]
