In theory, students can go to bathroom during the passing period, or during break, but in fact, there is not enough time for students to use bathroom and walk from a classroom to next classroom if the distance is long, and there are always many many students in the hall, so it is impossible for a student to walk fast.  My daughter could not get the response from the E Hall Pass during whole class, so she had to use the bathroom after class, then she was late for her next class, and got a tardy. At present, she have got several tardy due to the same reason. She tell me she is so sad when she get a tardy every time, and always worry she will be asked to stay  a whole day in her middle school on some Saturday for punishment some students who get many tardy.  But my daughter says there are some nice teachers who directly let students go to bathroom without using E Hall Pass. She likes these friendly and nice class teachers very much! [/quote]
