43 full weeks/10 months of the year you’ve had sick kids at home?  Or do you mean that at least one day of the week for 43 weeks of the year you’ve had sick kids?

If the former, are your kids immune-compromised or have health conditions that make them especially vulnerable? [/quote]

Not the whole week, sometimes one day sometimes more due school requirements. [/quote]
