I am not sure what any of this has to do with the fact that there is a court record that says that in 2020 he was determined by the VA to be 30% disabled that was confirmed through appeal in 2022.

100% VA determined disabled is required to meet the criteria for obtaining the tax exemption that was received.

This situation is no different than someone claiming a Homestead Exemption for a property after moving their official residence.[/quote]
