He knew absolutely nothing about education issues in Ward 3 when he started his primary campaign and barely anything by the time it finished. I guess he is desperately searching for something that the WaPo endorsement will help him with. The worry is that name recognition alone may win him votes from those who don’t give a damn about education issues in Ward 3.
