In fairness, we’ve had violent road rage in DC and other nearby parts.

I think it’s a combination of entitlement and lack of impulse control. Honestly, I’m seeing (albeit less physical) signs of this at my white collar, mostly liberal DC workplace post-Covid, so I’m not surprised that less-educated people packing heat are losing their sh1t in Flori-duh. [/quote]

+1. Driving has become dangerous, not necessarily because of road rage but not following driving rules.  Turning left from a right hand lane in front of other cars is common and red lights and stop signs are treated as suggestions.  [/quote]

My commute driving to downtown DC has become a minefield of terrible, dangerous driving.  And the turning left from a right hand lane is often without a signal.  And stopping in the middle of the road for no reason.  [/quote]
