I am sad[/quote] OP, cut yourself some slack. Lexapro is bad news for weight gain. If you haven't already, switch your antidepressant. Start with a few modifications to diet and increase your exercise. Just be diligent about sticking to diet and exercise and you will start seeing changes. I really think Lexapro should be prescribed w/ a weight loss drug or appetite suppressant b/c it is really, really bad at making you gain weight fast.[/quote]
