OP, I would absolutely dispute any charge for use of a house that is unusable, regardless of any contract of adhesion you may have signed.  It they can provide the premises described in the agreement/listing, then they are in breach, not you.[/quote]

Last story I just read from yesterday say FPL hasn't even sent their surveyors on the island yet. If you had a clue about power systems, you would realize that is the first step. The National Guard is supposed to be flying the power companies first responders in and they have not given FPL the go ahead yet.[/quote]
