Exactly, the person saying it's not luck is crazy. On some level it most certainly is. We bought our house when we relocated back to this area close to a metro and close to my husband's job. His was the certain job at that point, I was still looking. I was fairly certain that I would wind up in downtown DC based on what I do, but I certainly wasn't going to place any bets on it, and ONE of us should have an easy commute! His is awesome, mine semi-sucks. [/quote]
