Students who need merit money will turn down URochester not because they don't want to go, but because they can't afford to do so. Yield is also below 20%. Kids don't want that school. What happended to the school?[/quote] Yield rates have been going down for a lot of schools because students are applying to so many colleges via Common App. They are only going up for schools that are in the tippy top and those who heavily use ED.[/quote] Adding: And for less-expensive in-state public schools.[/quote][/quote]
