You are not going to change the races of the kids at the high SES and low SES schools so adding more URM to AAP is not going to lead to more diverse classrooms because the kids are not at the same schools or in the same pyramids. This is going to be the case for near Title 1 schools as well. You can talk about trying to make sure that the top 10% of the kids at each ES is included in a LLIV program and allow those kids to push each other but that is not going to change the level of diversity in their classes.
