The royals have to travel and be on a lot, so this is why they have many employees to handle all the details for them. Remember when Harry was seething because no one was there to take his hat, and he was annoyed when his wife offered to hold it? Someone was being paid to coordinate that event and they failed to ensure that the staff knew their roles. It might seem petty to us that he was upset at no one being there to take his hat, but someone failed to do their job to ensure protocols were followed and properly staffed. They're not doing their job.[/quote]
