Except the OP wasn’t about feeling full and not needing to eat after a breakfast sandwich. It was about feeling guilty and and a need to fast to make up for it.[/quote] OK? I think we’ve established: -The OP is literally asking for help and advice as someone who has an eating disorder, and we offered advice -At the same time, other posters have shared their experiences, which include not being hungry after something filling like that, and no, it’s not “disordered” to have a yogurt or some form of light lunch instead of three squares when you are **genuinely not hungry.**[/quote]
