As others have said, four weeks isn't much time, and she may end up finding her people and her niche at her current school. I wasn't happy my freshman year because the initial people I met were definitely not my people. But after applying and getting accepted to several other very good schools for sophomore year, I ultimately decided to stay where I was - I liked the school overall, and decided I didn't want a bunch of people I didn't like having that much of an impact on my college experience. It was hard finding my way, but in the end I had a pretty good experience overall.
