"Most" women of that age group aren't that active or that size.[/quote] Very true. I’m 5’4 110 so on the thin side and I work out but I don’t know that I could run a 5min mile, that’s impressive! In terms of body trends an extreme fit hourglass has been very popular over the last decade, hence celebs getting BBLs etc. Its pretty rare to have a tiny waist, toned limbs and very large and perky breasts and butt. I do think the trend is moving towards less extreme proportions. In general, though, I don’t think body trends ever really promote health. [/quote]
