Outer Loop has merging traffic from the Clara Barton Parkway. The incline on both sides slows down larger vehicles in all lanes, especially on the Inner Loop heading into Maryland. I doubt there are many people trying to look down at the river. The bridge is relatively nondescript and it's a quick ride over -- even in slow traffic.[/quote]
