I’m also a teacher who will be wearing a mask. My parent has cancer and is beginning treatment next week. I work closely with a staff member who is immunocompromised. I also had Covid last school year when it ran through my classroom. You have no idea about the circumstances of individuals. [/quote]

You can try to get your child in another class OP, there are probably parents who would be fine with a masked teacher.

In my case, for my health and the health of my family, I quit teaching and don't plan to go back. [/quote]
