Are you in administration? My husband is getting his MLS degree right now and most of the salaries that we see are pretty low. He is a tech geek and is making around $85,000---his work will give him a bonuse once he finishes the degree (which we are thrilled with)...whenever we look elsewhere in the country for librarian jobs, the salaries seem very low, even in high-cost areas to live.
