Prove me wrong.[/quote] ITA, they have testing strips for this too. You just have to wait to breastfeed, maybe that's what PP meant? Alcohol leaves your body and your milk too, then it's safe to BF. So, generally, you don't need to be sober the entire time you are BFing, just sober when it actually comes to giving milk. It's just complicates logistics if you like to drink, so you tend to switch to less drinking overall, or only social events or special occasions. [/quote] How do the testing strips work?[/quote]
