And in the meantime, it’s also helping your cholesterol and blood sugar levels. An old coach of mine used to say “the beginning is a great place to start”. When I started running, I couldn’t do a mile without walking breaks. Eventually I did a marathon without stopping. I’m not special- it’s how the body works. Keep it up! [/quote]
