No degree required when you are in sales. I'm in inside sales and the only reason I don't step outside is that I don't want the pressure. I'm fine making in the mid 100s, don't need the extra hassle required if I want to break into the 3's. I can even go 1099 if I want, but I prefer the consistency of being a w2.[/quote]
