Most women raised 3 or more kids all by themselves just one generation ago. Two or more nannies? LOL[/quote] And they weren't entertaining them all day. They left the kids in their cribs or playpens, or older ones just roamed the neighborhood until dark. That's not today's reality, especially for a nanny who is being paid to entertain the kids, shuttle them here and there, do laundry/cleaning, meals etc. Sounds like the job was too much for one person and they need to hire 1-2 part time nannies to take over at the 8 hour mark. Staggering their schedules would probably help too. [/quote]
