You assume incorrectly. The Lyft driver had a kid with her who wasn’t properly restrained and the passengers were all dads who were giving her crap about it. [/quote]

Yes but the law can be on her side regardless of what is morally right.  Drunk people are still jerks and can be violent.  She should have pulled over....but he shouldn't have gotten out of the car without looking.  It's not her job to judge what the drunk person is capable of doing.  [/quote]

How do you know? There were seven adults - the driver, Wolf, and five of his friends, in a Honda Pilot. Makes no sense that someone wouldn’t be in the front passenger seat.[/quote]
