I am living my life petrified of losing my loved ones. It’s stunting my experience of…well, life, and I know it, but I don’t know how to stop it. At low times I truly believe the reason I can’t get it out of my mind is because I’m intuiting that something horrible IS going to happen. I guess I don’t know exactly what question to ask besides…is this something I should worry about? How can I stop?
I am going to write this not using cards or intuition, but using my own experience. This is anxiety and it is NOT easy to just stop on your own. I still have my moments, but years in therapy helped me to become more aware of what is my intuition and what is anxiety. Anxiety is chaotic, and loud, and frenetic. It makes your heart race, you brain hyper focus on "what could happen if", it makes you fixate, lose sleep, lose your appetite. Your intuition will never do any of those things. Your intuition is a quiet voice, your mind won't race. Intuition will not make you petrified. If you are not currently in therapy, I would definitely advocate for it. Cognitive behavior therapy could be good as well, but at the very least, a good psychologist. So in addition to that, I have heard that finding someone to do a past life regression can be beneficial as well. I've never done it, but have heard some pretty amazing stories. What helped me was therapy and finding my spirituality. What I am doing now relies heavily on intuition and it has really helped me to quiet down my anxious mind. I wouldn't be able to do readings otherwise. I am actually considering taking some classes at the Monroe Institute to take this to the next level. I'm sorry I cannot read for you at this moment, but I feel someone trained in this would be better suited. Please come back in a few months if you are in a better place and I will happily read for you! Good luck and lots of good energy coming your way.
