Likely both.[/quote] My child is taking a summer school class (high school) and the private school hired a really bad graduate student who has zero experience teaching. Huge waste of money. Several kids dropped out. They have less stringent standards and the teachers don't have to be licensed (many choose to be but its not a requirement). [/quote]
