I'm reminded of the idiots who insisted that Kavanaugh's life was never in any danger - even though a lunatic crossed the country with the express purpose of murdering him, and showed up in front of his house armed to the teeth.  A grand jury indicted him for attempted murder, so at least THEY took it seriously.
