I agree and I see how I probably wasn't clear in that statement.  This is why I believe it is more about class/ SES.  People who are OOB flock to these schools because although they may not be able to afford to live in the neighborhoods zones for these schools, they can identify with the school community, the parental involvement and value system.  But again, this is my opionion.  I could be wrong.[/quote]
