PP, do you have any recommendations on firms that do cabinet refacing or resurfacing? We have Rutt Cabinets from a very good renovation done before we moved in and would love to have them restored rather than removed. I'd gladly pay $25k or more for that plus replacing the countertops and backsplash.[/quote]

sorry i dont, i just used our usual painter and he sanded and repainted the doors. Not someone i would particularly recommend for a high end job. Good luck! If you have cabinets in good shape it is def worth restroing them. Mine in hindsight were not good enough [/quote]
