Yes people do. But depends on job. My one daughter who majored in marketing works in a big tech company in marketing is truly beautiful. She is shy and quiet. But for marketing what you want It she was a CPA or programmer or data base administrator not so much. Of course we judge people on looks. I have a niece who is extremely smart and nice and sweet but zero looks. As a 20 year old women trying to date, make friends get a first job of course people judge. Men too. I used to be very good looking. Like asked to audition general hospital. I was six foot two inch, 190 pounds, in perfect shape at 20. I could sweet talk the HR girls for a job, get into clubs for free. Those days are over
You’re a loser.
It is truth. My company we have influencers, marketing, HR, Sales, public relations nearly all good looking well dressed and well spoken women. Accounting, tech support, back office we have “back of the house” women. When I was 24 and in shape dating blonde model types I walk into clubs for free and get best table. Now that old and out of shape lucky if they let me in and at best a seat by the men’s room. My job we have balls to do thirsty Thursday’s or D&I or Pride events and we gather good looking people to front for photos to publish on line. Someone at work commented our pictures from IT were 90 percent white, young, good looking people and 1/2 women. IT is mainly Indian or Asian or Russian/Polish unkempt nerdy men from 25-30 and most overseas. Yet our trendy Soho party picture made it look like case of Friends work here. My company before we hired models on a Saturday to pretend to work at my company. We had a lot of ugly people
