[/quote] In Maryland, there is a separate document that needs to be filed with licensing to allow overnight care. It's not uncommon for a childcare provider to do that if they've cared for children whose parents work as nurses for example. It's possible OP could either find someone who has this permission or who is willing to file that form if she paid well enough. I can't speak to other states. [/quote]
