MB here. I advise you to continue looking for a job. Also with 12-24 hr days you are getting a lot of overtime?  If not you are not getting market rate- make sure you ask for this at your next job.

I think this Pps advice is spot on for how to gently help them be better employers. So if the rest of the job is good give it a try. And gently advocating for things is a good skill. I find the best nannies gently guide. when I have gone astray I have really appreciated our nanny gently resetting expectations. Good luck. And if you are looking I’ll bet you find a lot of offers. Nannies have permenantly become the best option for people who can afford one due to the insanity of quarantines and covid decimating the workforce. [/quote]
