I think Little D has painted himself into a bit of a corner. He could have seemed like a normie R who could have appealed to disaffected Ds and Is, but instead he went full throttle culture war. I laughed because the Democrats really are ignorant of how unpopular so much of the culture wars they pushed are among most Americans. I'm pretty let and live but the extreme trans activism is decidedly off putting and not healthy and I do have concerns with how the left progressives seem to want to normalize highly dubious concepts like gender spectrums and transitions without the proper public discourse that is fair and appropriate. No wonder the Democrats are going to get thrashed in November and DeSantis will absolutely demolish Biden and probably lost Democrats in 2024 if the party continues to pretend most people don't care or are worried about a lot of the extreme woke progressive stances.
