Now, if you are scared of brown and/or poor kids, you will probably be disappointed. The schools in FL aren't like they are in say, McLean or Bethesda. Winter Park, and most other high schools, will have kids living in multimillion dollar homes going to school with kids from low income apartment complexes. If you want the hyper-segregated experience of a McLean or Langley, you will have to do private. But most of us think there is value in diverse schools. Different strokes.
