PP here. I am planning to go with them. I visited a hunter Douglas store and they seemed as clueless as everyone else and were missing the one sample I was interested in. I do recommend checking your shade store quote carefully. We found an error in one selection. However I can’t find any other stores that offer the same quality product at a better price or better service [/quote]

Ok thanks! Maybe I got a bad measuring person. The measurements seem way off - like wider than the entire frame for an inside mount.  I guess it's on them to replace, but it would be better if this didn't drag on for several more months.[/quote]

Turns out the measurements were for the wrong mounting spot, so they’re sending someone out again. Watch out for mistakes.[/quote]
