The principal’s first two emails when coupled with the posts going around the school community gave the impression that the student was guilty of the posts and would be disciplined. This created a hostile atmosphere for the innocent student to attend school in addition to any suspension given to the student. The student probably has long term trauma. As an MCPS administrator, MCPS is liable for the damages.[/quote]
