PP - I swear I am a real purchaser. I was looking between Sekas and Evergreen back in 2021 but around that time, it doesnt seem Sekas has any site development in Mclean. Then I looke at wolf trap and great falls and finally settled in vienna. There were some issues but after communication, they agreed to eat up cost and solved my prolbem. Not 100% satisfied but most importatly, I was able to close with 2.75% rate. [/quote]
