My vegetarian family eats too much peanut butter to rely on the stuff with added oils and sugars (nothing wrong with that for an occasional sandwich though!), so we’ve tried every “peanuts + salt” kind known to man. This doesn’t require mixing and is the perfect consistency when kept in the fridge.
