If they blew you off and then Did it again I would speak to the principal. This is not teaching if the kids don’t get feedback before it would be able to help them do future assignments! Feedback is critical for good teaching and learning. Ask the principal what the schools policy is for grading? How they consider a normal timeframe before complaining. I would have this conversation in person or by phone. [/quote]

They are too busy subbing during their planning periods to grade. Complain to those in charge about that situation. [/quote]
