I have never done the luna/cliff bar thing, I have hypoglycemia and I get shaky. I think I will give this a go for a day or so and see how I feel. :) Thanks! The tl;dr version of it is cut out all fat, sugar and salt, watch your portion sizes, and eat 5 to 6 meals a day. I did it when it first came out and lost 20 lbs. 8 years and 2 kids later I have 50 lbs to lose. If I were following it super strictly, the protein bars wouldn't be allowed, but making 5 meals a day, just for myself never mind the kids, would make me want to lie down and not bother. I also am still using Pam and olive oil in home made viniagrettes because plain balsamic on my salads weren't cutting it.[/quote]
