[/quote] Not the above poster, look at licensed teacher salary.. Not a troll. This area pays their teachers very well. This area does better than most areas, but we should do better still. I know very few professions in this area in which someone with a graduate degree has to wait 20 years to break six figures. Ok- so my sister is in Loudoun. I’m looking at the salary scale you just sent, and it does appear that a teacher in Alexandria stands to make $100K- after 19 years.
