Which hotel and how do you like it (both the hotel and the island)?

We stayed at the Sundial resort. All units are privately owned, but if you book through the resort you get to use all the resort activities (bikes, kayaks, pool towels,  beach chairs and umbrellas,  pickleball) the resort pool has a small slide. The island itself is very beautiful, the beach has tons of seashells and the main roads have beautiful ftropical foliage and dedicated bike lanes. The resort is not fancy, but it's nice and very well managed.

I had the same issue when looking at lodging options, especially house/
Condo rentals. A lot of dumpy looking places for a lot of money. I was happy with Sundial, but if you want a more beautiful or bigger place look at Anna Maria Island, the houses there are new and a lot of options for tastefully decorated houses. [/quote]
