Did it apply the other way where he doesn't get her money?[/quote] They are in California. Family money is easy to reach in divorce without a pre nup in California. I like Ali Wong but I felt like some of her comments about the pre nup came across as at best ignorant, at worst a little entitled. It is very hard to protect family money in CA absent a pre nup. It’s not like the east coast. [/quote]
