I am a Black woman from Pittsburgh with a ton of family still in PA. I really like Fetterman, and I was curious why he didn’t show up for that debate. Good to know it was a sham.

Also, I am seriously pissed at Lamb for exploiting that old-ass incident that has been explained by Fetterman [i]and[/i] forgiven by the other party. As a Black person, I find Lamb’s use of that situation disgusting. It makes you wonder why he can’t win on his record.

He was elected mayor of Braddock, which is majority black, and led police reforms to focus on de-escalation, toward reducing gun violence and improving relations and trust between police and the black community.  He also did a lot to improve the community and provide opportunities for black businesses and to provide hope for a community that had otherwise been abandoned.
