You really keep trying to miss the point, don’t you. It’s not about “taking care” of your neighbor. It’s about not actively hurting your neighbor, with your pooping cat.

Well, you certainly haven't got any to offer. Nobody cares how it should be or that you want to stomp and spit and cry that someone else should take care of it. OP needs a real world solution and you have nothing.[/quote]

There’s an obvious solution that you just don’t want to see, Karen. Stop TNR and cat colonies. They’re horrible for the ecosystem and horrible for the neighbors.
