Oh, you mean the insurance system that has led to an additional 12 million people gaining coverage, prohibited the practice of denying coverage for preexisting conditions, and hasn't blown up the deficit or gutted the generosity of employment-sponsored benefits that Republicans were arguing in bad faith? And the inflation that every advanced economy is currently experiencing because of a worldwide supply shock? That "insurance system" and inflation?
