Take-out? Cereal? I guess I don’t understand the restrictions. They can’t boil water for pasta because they can’t use a pot?
No because they are averse to pot washing. I know, ridiculous sloths. Lol
Everyone will think this is disgusting but I have one pot I use for pasta and don't wash it in between uses. Same with the strainer. I just put the strainer in the pot and the pot on the back burner. I probably wash it maybe every 3 or 4 months. I've done this for over 20 years with no problem.
Me too. I don’t know why one would wash it! I would go on strike but my family would happily just eat cereal and frozen food for the rest of their lives. They would all end up cranky, comstipated and pre-diabetic. It may be that’s how they end up once they leave my house but I can’t live with them that way. I do think some teens are sloth-ish but if they grow accustomed to a certain lifestyle (clean clothes, homemade food), they will try to repliacate that once they are adults even if they have to learn new skills. I know lots of people that were like that. My husband grew up eating crap because his mother refused to cook and his father was totally clueless … he would eat Doritos and boxed Mac and cheese every day if it was up to him.
