Back in the old day when there were pagers you could buy an identical pager and switch them. So essentially you would have your cheating spouses pager, and promptly put the numbers through...however you would get those numbers first. Then after a few days switch them back. Or we simply would have a friend follow the cheater, or leave a voice activated recorder around the house, or under their car seat. At some point cheaters are usually caught, or the other suspects which is just as bad and the relationship is doomed. Cheaters end up very lonely in most cases from what I've seen.
