[/quote] The same reason why they told the ambulance that no siren was needed when a kid was shot at Macgruder. Because MCPS admin aren't police. They are school administrators, and no matter how much training they get, they aren't authorities in crime and risk assessment. I'm glad they are bringing back CEOs (SRO - a rose by any other name) in some schools, but they need more than just rotating CEOs in some of these schools. [/quote]
