[/quote] My son received the Presidential Scholarship at Miami (which reduced the tuition by 1/2) and it’s still cheaper to aren’t UF out of state. UF is the better school and great value!! UF doesn’t select kids based on major, so it’s unique in that regard. Business students are competing with Engineers and Liberal Arts. And there is no high school quotas as 150 kids can come from one school. I would assume only athletes get hooks as demographics aren’t in play in admissions at UF. Tests are required. It’s a pretty refreshing for those who don’t have a hook. Highly competitive![/quote]
