[/quote] The justification in PWCS, at least, is the VDH rules that all employers have to follow CDC guidelines for their given occupation. VDH was going to drop those rules (to much democratic outcry about employee safety, might I add), but I believe that's bogged down in a process quagmire. If CDC revised guidelines say people here can unmask, that'll change the ballgame. I'm not sure how Loudoun is getting away with letting teachers unmask, other than assuming VDH doesn't plan to enforce the rule (which is a good assumption).[/quote]
